Interpret the clean results obtained so far that lack interpretation

Interpret the clean results that have been obtained but not yet interpreted/promoted. list-clean-results shows only #390 and #391 as fully promoted-with-interpretation; meanwhile ~30+ tasks sit in awaiting_promotion with finalized result titles + confidence but no final interpretation/promotion step done. Priority targets (from the 2026-05-28 Dan update, docs/mentor_updates/2026-05-28.md): the sleeper-marker negatives #376/#377/#382 (HIGH, the cleanest negatives against the conditional-backdoor literature), the geometry-null cluster #380/#396/#415 (MODERATE, ~5 dead predictors now), the representational-handle result #225 (HIGH), the edu_v0-jailbreak result #234 (MODERATE), and the distance-predicts-leakage result #207 (MODERATE). Plus the older awaiting_promotion backlog (#61, #65, #105, #113, #116, #123, #186, #235, #237, #333, #337). Why it matters: uninterpreted clean results are finished experiments whose meaning isn't yet folded into beliefs or paper claims. Interpreting them feeds the EM Defense Distill phase and the Localization/Propagation understanding work. Starting point: run list-by-status --status awaiting_promotion, triage by confidence (HIGH first), write interpretations, then promote. Pairs with task fixing clean-result reporting (the list view currently undercounts these).
