Migrated from my-goat queue (2026-05-26). The queue/meta-side refinements were already applied in my-goat; these are the research-repo-side items.
Action items:
- Create
EXPERIMENT_TEMPLATE.md— Hypothesis / Prediction / Falsifier / Decision rule. (the unblocking first step) - Create
EXPERIMENT_QUEUE.md— top 5 experiments ranked by "what would change my mind most"; auto-experiment-runner already reads this format. - Post-experiment "what next" prompt -> research_log/ (3 questions ritual).
- Friday cleanup: pick 3 worst-smelling files -> refactor with tests.
- Spiritual-sibling diff (90 min): re-read Persona Vectors (Chen et al.) + Wang/Mossing -> 1-page "what's covered, what's the gap, killer experiment that distinguishes my contribution." Highest leverage; drives job-market story + research direction.
Status: proposed infra. Start with EXPERIMENT_TEMPLATE.md (5 min, unblocks the rest).
