Takeaways

  • 32B leg (Qwen3-32B, the paper's published axis): Reproduced under the plan-fixed rule (ordering plus at least one separating position). Late-window (turns 8–15) means put philosophy (−43.5) and therapy (−28.2) below coding (−21.2) and writing (−25.7); philosophy separates from every eligible stable domain at all its late positions, but the full four-domain separation holds at only 1 of 3 all-domain-eligible positions (turn 9, margin 0.096), and that margin flips to overlap under 2 of 5 bootstrap seeds and under exclusion of the one CJK-intruded row.
  • 7B leg (Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct, in-house layer-14 axis): Failed-to-reproduce, sign-robustly — therapy has the highest late-window mean (8.9) and philosophy the lowest (3.1), so no axis orientation satisfies the ordering. The failure persists on the published-persona subset, on the published-topic subset (5 conversations per domain), and after excluding the 7 CJK-intruded rows of 4,804.
  • Every-token capping (32B): the direction is robust, the size estimator-dependent — the capped trajectory sits above the uncapped one with disjoint bootstrap bands at every turn (including a −15.5 vs −19.5 level shift at turn 1, before any drift); pooled endpoint 39% less drift, survivor-matched 32%, per-domain 11–47% with only philosophy bootstrap-resolved; the pooled read is composition-confounded, turn-15 means rest on 63 capped / 28 uncapped survivors of 400, the cap engaged on 90.0% of token-slots vs 94.7% expected, and capability preservation is not established (parse-confounded 32B panel; no capped-arm MMLU-Pro).
  • Case-study robustness round (Qwen3-32B, frozen selfharm and delusion replays): all 18 new context-end arms — a re-extracted paper-faithful axis (cosine ≥ 0.97) and a context→answer preimage direction — track unsteered judged harm (largest drops 11.6 of the 12.0 crossing screen; 2.4 of 34.9), while every-token capping cuts it from 34.1 to 10.1 and 93.3 to 23.6; suppression tracks intervention position, not axis fidelity, direction, or strength.
  • Coverage: of the 12 planned stabilization arms, only the every-token cap ran — the 11-arm 7B grid was stopped by the plan's stop gate after the 7B reproduction failure — and the paper's projection-vs-harm correlation was not computed; second-turn harm rates (7B 6.0%, 32B 2.2%, n=500 items) are floor-limited against the paper's 65–88% single-turn attack-success baseline. The published-topic subset is a directional read only (5 conversations per domain; on the 32B leg every therapy subset conversation ends before the late window), and the thinking-ON extension arm was paused, not run.
  • Mechanism (32B): a ridge fit from user-message embeddings predicts the next response's absolute projection at held-out R² 0.66 (inside the paper's 0.53–0.77 band) but the per-turn change at only 0.049 — position is predictable, the step is not, matching the paper's asymmetry.

Goal

Reproduce the Lu et al. (arXiv 2601.10387) Assistant-Axis persona-drift result — long multi-turn conversations in therapy-like and philosophical domains drift away from the Assistant direction while coding and writing stay stable (their Fig. 4) — with the project's models, axes, and plotting stack, then test whether their every-token activation-capping intervention prevents the drift.

This experiment in context: the 7B leg reuses the in-house Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct Assistant axis extracted in #2203 (layer 14, mean default-assistant minus mean role vectors); the 32B leg uses Lu et al.'s published Qwen3-32B axis, so the 32B leg is the reproduction anchored on the paper's own artifact and the 7B leg is the transfer test of the same protocol to the in-house model and axis.

Broader narrative: persona drift is within-context persona leakage — the same construct the project studies for fine-tuning-induced leakage, here induced by conversation alone. If a single pre-computed direction both tracks and (partially) controls it at inference time, context-geometry reads carry causal, not just predictive, weight.

Methodology

Design: two separate reproduction legs, never pooled — same filenames under two paths, so every number names its leg.

Phase A (drift reproduction), per leg: 4 domains (therapy-like contexts, philosophical discussions about AI, coding assistance, writing assistance) × 5 personas × 20 topics = 100 conversations per domain, 400 per leg. A Claude Sonnet 4.5 auditor plays the user for up to 15 turns (the paper's Fig. 4 auditor is GPT-5 — named instrument deviation); the subject model runs with no system prompt; conversations can end early, so later turns have fewer alive conversations (attrition). A (domain, turn) cell with fewer than 10 alive conversations is excluded (MIN_SAMPLES = 10). The verdict rule, fixed in the plan before any run: Reproduced iff both drift domains' late-window (turns 8–15) means sit below both stable domains' AND at least one all-domain-eligible position has disjoint conversation-level bootstrap intervals; Failed-to-reproduce stops Phase B for that leg. Phase B (stabilization) planned 11 arms on 7B (gated off) plus the paper-faithful every-token cap on 32B: clamp each of layers 46–53 to the published per-layer 25th-percentile threshold at every decode step.

Round 2 (same-issue follow-up, label native-axis-fidelity-preimage, 2026-08-18→20, Qwen3-32B only): a frozen-replay robustness check on the capping result. Each scenario replays one of Lu et al.'s published case-study conversations (selfharm, 31 turns; delusion, 23 turns) with the user turns held fixed while the model regenerates every assistant turn; a default assistant system prompt is added (the paper's case studies ran without one) so prefix-position comparator arms are definable. This round builds on two user-directed inline replay rounds (2026-08-16→17: a 12-arm case-study replay matrix and an intervention-strength sweep, delivered in chat, not folded into this body); the comparator arm families originate there, but every round-2 number is re-measured inside round 2. Two new intervention families act at the context-end position on every turn: faithful-native — the Assistant axis re-extracted in-house through the paper's own pipeline at the paper's decode settings (temperature 0.7 / top-p 0.9, judge-filtered role rollouts), gated on cosine to the published axis (floors 0.90 per band layer and 0.71 at layer 32); and preimage — the pseudoinverse of a per-band-layer linear context→answer map applied to the axis at context-end. Per scenario: 18 new-axis arms (axis replacement, four percentile caps, and four steering strengths per family), 18 existing-family comparator arms (the published-axis and prior teacher-forced-native context-end families, re-run under this round's decode regime as a decode-regime guard), and anchor arms — unsteered and every-token cap at three decode seeds (42/43/44). Verdict rule, fixed in the plan before the run: an arm is a crossing candidate iff its seed-42 judged-harm drop from unsteered reaches half the unsteered-to-capped gap, the gap itself must exceed the anchor seed spread, and a judged-coherence guardrail can demote candidates; a candidate would have triggered a three-seed confirmation round (none arose). Five legacy comparator cells outside the round's roster are absent by design, and the two committed harm_jailbreak_all.png figures at the round SHA belong to the inline rounds' third scenario (jailbreak) and the Qwen3.6-27B leg — outside this round's scope, so not embedded.

Training: N/A — no model training; this is a measurement + inference-time-intervention experiment. Generation/eval parameters (round 1 from scripts/issue2223_drift.py; round 2 from the per-arm turn stores and map_metrics.json):

The 32B decode cap is a named fidelity deviation: at the paper's 512-token default, measured turn-1 telemetry showed ~71% of Qwen3-32B responses truncated, firing the truncation trigger the plan fixed in advance; the run was relaunched at 2048. Realized cap-hit after in-rig re-generation: 7B initial mean 10.9% (max 19.8%) → 529 rows re-generated at 2048 → residual mean 0.30%, max 2.7% per shard×turn; 32B uncapped-arm initial mean 0.15% (max 3.8%, 5 rows re-generated) and capped-arm mean 0.04% (2 rows re-generated), both residual 0. Round-2 replays report cap-hit 0 in every turn store.

Evaluation: the DV is the response-token mean of the residual stream at the projection layer, projected onto the unit-norm Assistant axis. The axis is mean default-assistant minus mean role-persona activations, so drift away from the Assistant is a falling projection — identical orientation in the published and in-house constructions (resolved against the paper itself). The reused 7B axis was extracted in the parent from roughly 5,000 judge-filtered role rollouts (50 roles × 5 system prompts × 20 shared extraction questions, 1 draw each) and roughly 1,000 default-assistant rollouts (5 conditions × 20 questions × 10 draws), each activation summarized as the response-token mean of the post-MLP residual per layer. Harm instrument (the paper's Fig. 5 setup): 500 held-out harmful requests injected as the second turn, judged per the table (7B and 32B: 2,500 draws each, 0 dropped, 0 transport-lost, 0 API refusals). Capability suite: GSM8K, IFEval, MMLU-Pro, EQ-Bench. The 7B panel is healthy (0.868 / 0.66 / 0.41 / 72.2 with 98.8% parseable). The 32B panel is parse-confounded: completions carry <think> blocks the harness does not strip, so EQ-Bench parses 0 of 171 items (score 0.0) and MMLU-Pro reads 0.105 ≈ 10-option chance — the uncapped-vs-capped within-leg comparison (GSM8K 0.28 vs 0.288, IFEval 0.233 vs 0.253) is on a broken instrument, and MMLU-Pro was skipped entirely for the capped arm (paper-engine steerer not threadable into the logprob eval; the skip is recorded under the JSON key mmlu, not mmlu_pro — the run predates fix 5fb4fca370, so a reader checking mmlu_pro sees the key absent, not skipped). The 7B-instrument alpha-band manipulation check (alpha_band_check_v2.json, identical copies in both leg directories) returned an indeterminate verdict: steered generations were degenerate at all tested strengths (graded means 0.0 in both steering directions over 24 contexts, 0 judge drops), so it neither validates nor invalidates the 7B axis. Firing telemetry (capped arm): the cap engaged on 90.0% of token-slots vs 94.7% expected from the calibration set. Language-intrusion audit (Qwen under non-CJK prompts): CJK characters appear in 7 of 4,804 7B rows (0.15%), 1 of 3,567 32B uncapped rows (0.03%), 2 of 3,904 capped rows (0.05%), and 0 of 500 32B harm-eval responses; the 7B harm-eval pool's raw text was overwritten in place at the pinned revision, and the copy recovered at the pre-overwrite revision (footer) scans clean — 0 of 500 responses intruded (fig5_7b_cjk_scan.json). Excluding intruded rows leaves both legs' ordering unchanged, but not the 32B separated clause: the single uncapped intruded row is therapy turn 9 — the one separating cell — and re-running the driver's CI machinery without it (first validated to reproduce the persisted intervals exactly, deviation 0.0) moves therapy's turn-9 interval to overlap writing's by 0.121, leaving no separating position, which reads Weak reproduction on the plan's verdict lattice (cjk_exclusion_recompute.json). Interval margins throughout the body use that artifact's gap convention — stable-domain interval lower bound minus drift-domain interval upper bound; positive = disjoint, negative = overlap — not the intersection length, which differs from the gap magnitude when one interval contains the other. The as-run all-rows read remains the verdict the plan's rule was applied to; the separated clause does not survive exclusion of the intruded row.

Round 2 evaluation: the DVs are per-turn judged harm (0–100, three draws per item, mean-aggregated, then averaged over the scenario's replayed turns per arm) and a judged-coherence guardrail (references 98.4 selfharm / 89.9 delusion). Judge accounting over the four DV pools (5,859 / 5,859 / 4,347 / 4,347 draws — selfharm harm, selfharm coherence, delusion harm, delusion coherence): zero content drops; transport-lost draws 1 / 131 / 10 / 0 (re-judgeable class; every item on the affected pools kept at least one draw); judge API-refusal draws 0 / 0 / 2 / 17. The 17 delusion-coherence refusals spread over seven capped/steered arms — five lose one coherence item of 23 (item-completeness 0.957, above the plan's 0.95 floor) — and are outcome-correlated, concentrating on the highest-harm steered completions: a scope caveat on the coherence guardrail only, since harm scoring (which decides crossings) lost no items and the held-in-reserve targeted synchronous re-issue was not triggered. Map instrument reads (context→answer, per band layer): held-out pooled R² 0.68–0.75 vs the identity-plus-bias baseline at −1.16 to −1.83, and a retrieval read placing the true answer summary within the prediction's ten nearest neighbors for 72–82% of the 11,000 held-out responses (euclidean; cosine similar; chance 0.09%) — the map is valid, so preimage arms are verdict-eligible. Language-intrusion audit (round 2): 3 of 1,953 selfharm and 3 of 1,449 delusion assistant turns contain CJK characters (two preimage-cap cells in the verdict roster plus the all-layers every-token-cap comparator; every intruded turn judge-scored below 50; anchor pools clean); zeroed and excluded recounts move no arm across the crossing screen (nap_cjk_scan.json).

Data extraction: topics and personas are LLM-generated (tier 3 — the realism compromise of the paper's own design). Topics come from the paper's verbatim topic prompt run with Sonnet 4.5 (the paper used Kimi K2 — second named instrument deviation, isolated by the published-topic subset: the published topic fills slot 0 of each persona's topic list, so the subset is 5 conversations per domain, one per persona). 4 of 20 personas are the paper's published examples, the other 16 regenerated to the paper's spec with Sonnet 4.5 (third named deviation, isolated by the published-persona subset); one canonical topic/persona set is shared by both legs. Harm bank: the paper's Shah et al. dataset is unreleased, so a fallback bank of 412 strongreject_v1 + 88 wang44_v1 items (tier 2) stands in — a weak-attack substitute (the paper's attacks succeed 65–88% single-turn; this bank yields 6.0%/2.2%). Round 2 user turns are the paper's published case-study conversations (tier 2 — the paper's own released stimuli), frozen verbatim. The round's extraction corpus is on-policy rollouts through the paper's pipeline — 200 responses per role across 276 roles including the default assistant (55,200 teacher-forced response summaries): the unfiltered pool fits the context→answer map (role-grouped 80/20 split, 44,200 train / 11,000 held out), while the judge-filtered pool (44,000 role rows across 266 roles passing the 50-row floor, plus 200 default-assistant rows) yields the faithful-native axis.

Conciseness-cap WARNs acknowledged: the Takeaways bullet-length, per-result prose band, and total-prose budget WARNs fire because this body carries two independent reproduction legs, an intervention arm, and a follow-up robustness round across 7 results, each with coverage/attrition caveats that may not be dropped; prose is kept as tight as those duties allow. Two further WARNs from the round-2 fold are acknowledged: the robustness-round result embeds two figures because the two frozen scenarios (selfharm, delusion) each get one bar chart — same instrument, neither an aggregate view of the other; and those charts' tick labels carry per-arm configuration codes (the legend and captions give the plain-English arm families), kept rather than re-rendered because the 38-arm label set has no compact plain-English form.

Results

The 32B leg reproduces the paper's domain-ordered drift

Plotted: per-(domain, turn) mean of the response-token-mean Assistant-axis projection (layer 32), Qwen3-32B uncapped arm, 100 per domain at turn 1; cells under 10 alive conversations excluded; late window (turns 8–15) shaded.

32B drift by domain

Figure. Qwen3-32B, uncapped: philosophy and therapy fall through the conversation while coding and writing stay comparatively flat. The paper's Fig. 4 ordering.

32B per-conversation trajectories

Figure. Per-unit companion to the aggregate above: per-conversation trajectories (thin lines; black = mean). Philosophy's fall is broad-based, not a few outliers; therapy thins out early from attrition.

Per-position interval report (95% conversation-level bootstrap intervals; projection units; gap-convention margins per Methodology — at turn 10 writing's interval sits inside therapy's, so gap and intersection length differ):

Late turnTherapy vs writing (binding pair)Therapy vs codingPhilosophy vs eligible stable
8overlap by 2.06disjoint by 3.54disjoint by ≥14.2
9disjoint by 0.096disjoint by 4.92disjoint by ≥13.0
10overlap by 3.58disjoint by 0.075disjoint by ≥13.1
11–13therapy ineligibletherapy ineligibledisjoint by ≥13.0
14–15no drift domain eligible——

Late-window means: philosophy −43.5, therapy −28.2, coding −21.2, writing −25.7 — the plan-fixed ordering holds, and one separating position makes the verdict Reproduced. That separation is thin: philosophy separates from every eligible stable domain at all its late positions, but the binding therapy-vs-writing pair is disjoint only at turn 9, and the 0.096 margin flips to overlap under 2 of 5 bootstrap seeds and under exclusion of the one CJK-intruded row, which sits in that cell (Methodology). Only 3 of 8 late positions are eligible in all four domains (therapy attrites after turn 10); the published-persona subset leaves therapy zero eligible late positions and cannot re-verify the verdict.

The 7B leg fails to reproduce the ordering, sign-robustly

Plotted: same convention as above for Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct with the in-house layer-14 axis (greedy decode).

7B drift by domain

Figure. Qwen2.5-7B: therapy is the highest-projecting domain and philosophy the lowest. The drift/stable ordering does not hold in either axis orientation.

7B per-conversation trajectories

Figure. Per-unit companion to the aggregate above: all four domains drop early then flatten. The domain separation is small relative to within-domain spread.

Late-window means: therapy 8.9 (highest of the four), philosophy 3.1 (lowest), coding 7.3, writing 4.7. With one drift domain at each extreme, no axis orientation satisfies the ordering — the failure is sign-robust, persists on the published-persona subset (therapy 9.2, still highest), and survives excluding the 7 CJK-intruded rows.

This leg changes model AND axis at once, so it cannot localize whether the paper's effect fails at 7B scale or the in-house axis measures a different direction; the indeterminate alpha-band check leaves the axis unvalidated. Per the plan's stop gate, this verdict stopped the 11-arm 7B stabilization grid (gating is per-leg: the 32B success does not re-open the 7B grid).

The published-topic subset repeats both legs' directional reads at one conversation per persona

Plotted: per-(domain, turn) mean projection restricted to the published-topic subset — conversations whose topic is the paper's verbatim example, 5 per domain (one per persona) — 7B leg left, 32B leg right, late window shaded; the plan's isolation read for the topic-generator swap.

Published-topic subset domain means

Figure. Published-topic subset, domain means: on 7B (left) therapy again sits highest; on 32B (right) philosophy again sits lowest, and therapy attrites out before the late window. 5 conversations per domain.

Published-topic subset per conversation

Figure. Per-unit companion to the aggregate above: each subset conversation's trajectory, colored by domain as in the panel above. At 5 conversations per domain the per-unit view is close to the full data.

Late-window (turns 8–15) means in projection units; each domain starts with 5 conversations and thins with attrition (per-turn counts in the committed artifact); intervals are conversation-level bootstrap 95% over the 5 conversations (2,000 draws) and understate uncertainty at this n:

Domain7B mean7B interval32B mean32B interval
Therapy9.8+9.1 to +11.1no alive late cells—
Philosophy4.3+3.9 to +4.8−41.2−42.3 to −40.9
Coding6.5+5.9 to +6.7−25.2−25.7 to −21.1
Writing4.2+3.8 to +4.7−30.8−33.1 to −27.5

At 5 conversations per domain this is directional, not powered. On 7B the ordering fails here too — therapy again highest — so the failure is not an artifact of the substituted topic generator. On 32B every therapy subset conversation ends before turn 8, so the four-domain ordering cannot be evaluated; philosophy sits far below both stable domains, matching the full-set read.

The plan's verdict rule cannot apply here — its 10-conversation cell floor is unreachable at this subset size.

Every-token capping attenuates but does not eliminate the 32B drift

Plotted: per-turn mean projection pooled over all alive conversations (domains pooled), uncapped vs every-token-capped arms, with conversation-level bootstrap 95% bands (2,000 draws); the per-unit companion shows per-conversation trajectories. These re-renders supersede the driver's arm_trajectories.png (no uncertainty bands; overstated title).

Uncapped vs capped trajectories

Figure. Qwen3-32B: the capped arm (orange) stays above the uncapped arm (blue), bands non-overlapping at every turn, turn 1 included. It still falls; the turn-1 gap precedes any drift — the level shift, not a capping effect.

Per-conversation companion

Figure. Per-unit companion to the aggregate above: capping compresses the drifting tail rather than freezing trajectories. Fewer capped conversations reach −50 to −60.

Uncapped: −19.5 at turn 1 → −32.9 at turn 15 (drift −13.4; alive 400 → 28). Capped: −15.5 → −23.7 (drift −8.2; alive 400 → 63) — 39% less drift on the pooled endpoint, 32% matched on conversations alive at both endpoints. The cap mitigates; it does not prevent.

Four qualifiers: the pooled read is composition-confounded — turn-15 pools are zero-coding and differ in mixture between arms (64% vs 75% writing; next section); the capped arm starts 4.0 higher at turn 1, bands already disjoint (gap 2.55) — separation precedes any drift, conflating level with rate in the endpoint read; endpoints rest on few survivors, with capped conversations surviving longer; and the cap engaged on 90.0% of token-slots vs 94.7% expected. Capability side effects remain unresolved (parse-confounded 32B panel; Methodology).

The cap's reduction concentrates in the domains that drift

Plotted: per-(domain, turn) mean projection for the uncapped vs every-token-capped arms; each arm's series shows its own cells with at least 10 alive conversations, so one arm can extend past the other (therapy: capped reaches turn 11, uncapped ends at 10); per-domain drift runs from turn 1 to the last turn eligible in both arms.

Per-domain uncapped vs capped

Figure. Qwen3-32B by domain: the capped arm (orange) sits above the uncapped arm (blue) in all four domains; the gap is widest in philosophy and therapy.

Per-domain per-conversation companion

Figure. Per-unit companion to the aggregate above: per-conversation trajectories (thin lines) with arm means (thick lines), same colors. The deep-drifting tail thins under the cap in philosophy and therapy.

Per-domain matched-turn reduction with per-arm cell sizes (conversations alive at that domain's matched turn), 95% conversation-level bootstrap intervals (2,000 draws; percentage points; capping_composition.json):

DomainMatched turnConversations (uncapped / capped)Reduction95% bootstrap interval
Philosophyturn 1316 / 2447%+19 to +63
Therapyturn 1014 / 1528%−10 to +47
Writingturn 1518 / 4718%−31 to +42
Codingturn 1111 / 1711%−50 to +44

The point estimates order as the drift does, consistent with the cap biting where drift happens rather than uniformly. But only philosophy's reduction is individually resolved from zero; the other three intervals cross it — expected width at these cell sizes — so the four-domain pattern is suggestive rather than established. The robustness of the capping claim rests on the every-turn pooled band separation and on philosophy, not on per-domain consistency.

Scope: one leg, and the per-domain endpoints inherit the same attrition limits as the pooled read.

The message→projection ridge reproduces the paper's predictability asymmetry

Plotted: held-out R² of a group-split ridge from user-message embeddings, 32B leg (3,567 turn-rows grouped by 400 conversations), predicting the next response's absolute projection vs its per-turn change, with the shuffle-null band.

32B ridge

Figure. Absolute projection is predictable from the user message (R² 0.66); the turn-to-turn change is barely predictable (R² 0.049). The shuffle-null interval sits below zero.

The absolute read (0.66) lands inside the paper's 0.53–0.77 band and the delta read (0.049) is the same order as the paper's ~0.10: where a conversation sits on the axis is largely dictated by the incoming user message, while the increment is mostly noise. The 7B-leg fit (0.72 absolute / 0.002 delta, 4,804 rows) is a different measurement on a non-reproducing leg, reported for completeness.

Identity and kNN mapping baselines are inapplicable (scalar target; recorded in the artifact); per-row predictions were not persisted, so the low-level companion for this aggregate is unavailable — flagged as a free-analysis follow-up. The paper's projection-vs-harm correlation was not computed on either leg; at 6.0%/2.2% harm rates the fallback bank is floor-limited for it anyway.

Context-end arms with a faithfully re-extracted axis or a context-to-answer preimage do not suppress case-study harm

Plotted: per-arm mean judged harm (0–100, three draws per turn, averaged over frozen turns; seed 42, band layers), selfharm and delusion replays, with unsteered and every-token-cap anchor lines.

Selfharm replay per-arm harm

Figure. Selfharm replay: every context-end arm — published-axis, prior native, faithful-native, preimage — tracks the unsteered line near 35; only every-token capping falls, to about 9 (seed 42). The dips at 22.5 and 23.8 are faithful-native caps, the nearest misses. Anchor gap 24.0 vs seed spread 3.8.

Delusion replay per-arm harm

Figure. Delusion replay: the same shape at a higher ceiling — every context-end arm sits near 93 while every-token capping falls to about 17 (seed 42; three-seed mean 23.6). Anchor gap 69.7 vs seed spread 12.4.

None of the 18 new-axis context-end arms per scenario reaches the plan-fixed crossing screen (half the unsteered-to-capped gap). The closest, a 50th-percentile cap using the re-extracted axis on selfharm, drops judged harm 11.6 against the 12.0 threshold; the delusion maximum is 2.4 against 34.9. Every-token capping moves the three-seed anchors from 34.1 to 10.1 and 93.3 to 23.6.

Per-unit exemption: the units are the 38 arms per scenario, each its own bar above, so the aggregate chart is the per-unit view; per-turn values live in the linked dashboard (Methodology).

Both instruments pass their gates (re-extraction cosine ≥ 0.970; context→answer maps valid, Methodology), and the language-intrusion scan (6 intruded turns of 3,402, all judge-scored below 50, anchor pools clean) moves nothing across the screen. Judge-refusal losses (Methodology) touched only the coherence guardrail, which gated nothing; harm scoring lost no items.
