Daily — 2026-06-19 (idle day, no session activity)
updated: 2026-06-23
What happened
- Idle day. No Claude Code session activity, no commits, and no task events occurred during the PT 06-19 window (07:00Z 06-19 → 06:27Z 06-20). The only transcript stamped in-window is this
/dailyrun itself. - Last real work was the evening of 06-18: task #657 walked the full review pipeline (codex clean-result critique → reconcile v3 → round-3 inline patch → methodology doc →
reviewing → awaiting_promotion), and the autonomous-session watcher auto-stopped the parked #641 and #657 sessions. - No ephemeral pods running (
pod.py list-ephemeral→ none). No GPU spend today. - Queue snapshot: 1 proposed, 1 followups_running, 54 awaiting_promotion, 235 completed (128 with clean-results), 103 on_hold, 106 archived.
Applied workflow improvements
- no workflow-fixable problems found today — there were no in-window session transcripts to mine (the day was idle), so the problem sweep had nothing to triage.
Other problems & notes
- Stray empty file
**Figure.**in repo root (not from today; mtime 06-15 23:50, 0 bytes, untracked). Looks like markdown bold/heading text leaked into a figure output path during a plot/clean-result write on 06-15. Not transcript-mined (today was idle) and a one-off, so held rather than auto-removed. Suggested action:rm '~/explore-persona-space/**Figure.**'(empty junk file), and if it recurs, trace which plot/figure-writer wrote a literal**Figure.**path. - Uncommitted agent-memory + feedback backlog in
git status(many?? .claude/agent-memory/**/feedback_*.mdplus modifiedMEMORY.mdfiles for reconciler/implementer/analyzer/etc.). These are lesson files written in-flight by prior sessions and not yet committed. Held (not a today problem; committing agent-memory is normally done by the owning session //memory-sleep). Suggested action: let/memory-sleepconsolidate, or commit them explicitly by path if they're meant to be durable.
