#398 (step-75 marker cliff is a sampling-threshold artifact) — completed the full /issue loop: upload-verification round 1 FAIL → round 2 PASS, pod terminated, analyzer drafted clean-result, interp-critic round 1 REVISE → round 2 PASS (14 fixes), clean-result-critic PASS 11/11 (Codex twin stalled at 662s, force-cancelled, no-show). Then user reverted from awaiting_promotion to interpreting to run a per-position log-p eval + on-policy answer sampling amendment; amendment scripts implemented (commit edd2b9f3), code-review CONCERNS on the amendment.
#396 (48-persona panel re-run with single-token ※ marker) — busy day. Plan v2 approved → experiment-implementer round 1 → code-review FAIL after Claude/Codex reconciliation (BF1 marker mismatch, BF2 preflight) → round 2 PASS (+1421/-59 across 5 files) → pod-396 provisioned (4× H100) → launch FAILed with epm:failure v1 / failure_class: code (training jsonls didn't exist for 48 personas; canonical generator missing). User pivoted N=48 → N=24 (INHERITED_SOURCES_24 from #274 with sed-pivoted jsonls cached on HF), then re-launched, then re-launched again with the GPU pinning fix (--gpu {gpu} not --gpu 0, commit 0399b442). Wave 1/6 now running on 4 GPUs.
#397 (recipe-factor selectivity screen, single-token ※ marker) — plan v4 approved inline at round-2 plan_pending (user kept lora_dropout=0.05 as #383-carry). TDD Phase 1 tests committed at 153e218a → user approved test surface inline → Phase 2 implementation complete (4 commits on issue-397, 42/42 tests pass). Codex code-reviewer dispatched.
#399 (log-prob rescue test for the audit-trigger #377/#378 thread) — eval rig relaunched on pod-399 (Phase 1 vLLM generation completed earlier; running the bash-wrapped eval script at /workspace/run_issue399_eval.sh).
#392 (synthetic-document fine-tuning marker implantation) — clarifier posted 5 design questions, user answered with Option B (full canonical SDF pipeline) + defaults. Advancing to /adversarial-planner.
#390 (refusal/EM framing diversity) — two user-directed structural reframes of the clean-result body (v4 lead-with-per-framing-diversity, v5 added per-framing composition figure). Still in awaiting_promotion.
#391 (one of the marker/leakage threads) — upload-verification PASS (537 files), both pod-391-migration and original pod-391 terminated to free volume billing.
#389 (2-persona follow-up: zelthari_scholar teach + assistant single non-teach) — launched on pod-389; preflight running.
#311 (joint-source [ZLT] paramedic↔comedian midpoint) — re-titled / parked in awaiting_promotion.
